Sept.1997 The Development Conference of China Department Store was held in Beijing organized by ZK, which is the first large sized forum after founded.
May.1998 The China Retailing Development Strategy Forum 1998 was held in Beijing organized by ZK.

Apr.1999 The training programs of how to operate fresh food in supermarket was held. Because of the lack of selling experiences for supermarket to sell fresh food in the beginning stage, the training class was focused on the technology of supermarket operation for senior and middle managers.

Mar.2006 Organized the 4th China Department Store Summit successfully. wrote and jointly the Report on Development of Department Stores Industry in China 2005 during the event. Dec.2006 Held training program about "How to adjust the Structures of Merchandises and brands in department stores" successfully. For the first time in training, invited Japanese experts directly to share the Japan’s experience with managers from department stores in China. There were almost 100 managers to attend the program.
Mar.2007 Organized the 5th China Department Store Summit successfully , wrote and jointly the Report on Development of Department Stores Industry in China 2006 at the event.
Aug.2007 Organized the Chinese Department Stores delegation to U.S.A with China Commerce Association For General Merchandise together. The delegation visited Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Barneys, Nordstrom, and also visited the National Retail Federation. After the visit, a series of investigating report in U.S.A supplied first research material to enterprises and customers.
Mar.2008 Organized the 6th China Department Store Summit successfully, wrote and jointly the Report on Development of Department Stores Industry in China 2007 at the event.
Jan.2009 Report on Development of Department Stores Industry in China (1999-2008) was published in mainland China edited by R&D, which was the first research book on China’s department stores industry. This report was filled up the blank on the field of retail research in China.
Mar.2009 Successful held the conference of Opportunities and Strategies of Retail Enterprises under the financial crisis, which was co-operated with IBM Retail Innovation Center. The famous experts, scholars and well-known enterprise executives had attended the event and shared wonderful presentations with audiences who was the senior executives from Beijing YanSha Friendship Shopping Center, Beijing Modern Plaza Department Store, Shanghai Oriental Department Store, Jilin Trade Shopping Mall, Qingdao Sunshine Department Store,etc. All the audiences gave the conference a good reputation. May.2009 Ms. Sandy Wang, the vice director of Beijing R&D Distribution and Retail Institute , attended the "Paris Fashionable Experience" training program held by HEC and IFM in France.
